Provide leadership and act as a senior level mentor and provide support to technical
personnel for any/all issues regarding service design, implementation, education and
support of Identity and Access Management infrastructure and availability
● Gathers project/application requirements from customers and stakeholders
● Help define implementation roadmaps, support requirements and management
infrastructure
● Engage with customers to deliver solutions and drive projects to the finish line
● Define the overall project architecture & lead delivery teams for implementation
● Mentoring and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants to improve their technical and
business consulting skills
● Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients
● Curious by nature, demonstrates ability to learn new skills, keeps pace with evolving threat landscape as well as new technology trends and practice
