About the Role
We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure our workspace is organized, efficient, and welcoming. You will be the go-to person for office logistics, vendor management, and employee support—helping to create a productive environment where our team can thrive.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including supplies, maintenance, and space organization.
- Act as the primary contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities (in-office and virtual).
- Oversee office budget for supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing workstations, equipment, and welcome materials.
- Assist with travel arrangements and scheduling for executives and teams as needed.
- Maintain health, safety, and compliance standards for the workplace.
- Coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to leadership as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of office administration, facilities coordination, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a tech or startup environment.
- Familiarity with budget tracking and vendor contract management.
- Event planning and coordination experience.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes or onboarding tools.
