Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring a Leader, Revenue Operations to join us on this exciting journey. The Leader, Revenue Operations is responsible for the strategy and execution of initiatives designed to drive increased sales efficiency and profitability for Bishop Fox.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with leadership on strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue and improve productivity and operational efficiency
  • Work cross functionally with marketing, finance, product, and business analytics teams to solve complex business problems and drive strategic planning, such as pricing and margin strategy, lead passing processes, headcount management etc.
  • Create and streamline scalable processes related to sales and revenue operations to support a predictable growth model (e.g. target setting, forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline health, etc), and manage implementation of such solutions. Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes
  • Develop and report on accurate SaaS/revenue metrics to key stakeholders (e.g. performance, ramp times, ARR, MMR, CAC, productivity, pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, etc.), creating a narrative supported by compelling analysis and dashboards
  • Application and implementation of latest RevOps tech stack
  • Perform capacity modeling and revenue line planning to ensure that the growth teams deploy resources effectively
  • Support and partner with marketing and sales on lead/pipeline generation, and assist in building systems to drive automation
  • Drive sales compensation design, modeling and managing sales quotas, and plan administration ensuring plans are aligned with our organization’s goals
  • Support the executive team with ad hoc reporting and projects, including company meeting presentations
  • Create standardized metrics specific to analyzing performance and helping improve overall sales, marketing and partner performance, including creation and tracking of leading indicators, KPIs, and measurement dashboards while driving insights for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Measure and quantify ROI and performance of specific programs – utilize data to improve performance and adapt programs

Requirements

  • 4+ years of increasing responsibility in Revenue Operations, preferably in a high growth SaaS company, owning business processes such as forecasting, capacity planning, commissions process, quota/territory setting, sales data management
  • Strong experience with systems/tools used for sales and marketing operations processes (HubSpot CRM, etc.)
  • Track record of business-process design, improvement, and maintenance
  • Strong analytical and data skills to be able to structure analyses and answer key business questions to drive decision-making (Excel, SFDC a must)
  • Process and operational thinking to tackle problems independently and document in a way that's easy to understand and follow for all audiences
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
  • Ability to set and manage multiple priorities judiciously
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
