Cinchy is actively seeking an authentic, high energy, curious, and Principal Solutions Architect to join our expanding team. You will be part of an exciting and dedicated cross-functional team that will help identify roadblocks, implement solutions to remove obstacles, help facilitate and coordinate important activities, and contribute to reducing time to value.
You will lead implementation and build solutions for our customers, and be the chief advocate for our customers to help them realize full business value from their investment.

What you will be doing:

  • Actively manages the customer relationship on the technical level while we are working on the projects and/or implementation
  • Help customers realize the full potential of Cinchy Platform in order to preserve and grow revenue
  • Proactively identifies risk, expansion opportunities and work with account directors to plan retention and expansion strategies
  • Manages customer implementation projects and onboard them to the platform using Cinchy's delivery methodology
  • Anticipate and communicate business risks, while providing mitigation recommendations to clients and internal counterparts
  • Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Support teams to troubleshoot issues, track actions, escalate where needed, and proactively follow-up to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
  • Be the trusted advisor for each customer through a deep understanding of customer’s business, industry best practices, and rapid delivery of business outcomes
  • Supports the implementation of customer success strategies
  • Help educate the customer and help them better engage with Cinchy

What you bring - Don’t worry if you don’t have all these things, we believe in investing in personal growth and can coach you to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • Database solution design and architecture
  • Passion for engaging customers. You have 8-10 years’ experience managing customers in an enterprise environment and are able to demonstrate excellence in customer service
  • Capable of prioritizing and allocating resources to / focus efficiently on multiple projects
  • Ability to relay a business problem/issue in a clear and concise way from the customer to our product, support and engineering teams
  • Strong personal leadership and collaborative skills, combined with comprehensive, practical experience and knowledge in the end-to-end delivery of complex solutions
  • Clearly understand how to assess the importance of issues and tasks and prioritize accordingly
  • Have strong knowledge of not just application architecture but also infrastructure architecture
  • Familiar with cloud technologies and systems (AWS, Azure, Linux, Windows…)
Key Results (things we will measure success):
30 days: Familiarization with the Cinchy platform, knowledge transfer from Platform Development and collaborating with the Sales Teams.
60 days: Working with some independence on deliverables.
90 days: Should be working independently and able to take on tasks.
-Successfully complete training on the company's products and technical processes.
-Build strong working relationships with the sales team and key internal stakeholders.
Our Hiring Process:
Talent Screen: You will initially meet (online) with someone from our Talent team. (30 minutes)
Technical Fit: (60-90 minutes)
Team Fit: We then have a values fit interview with other members of the Cinchy Team (60 minutes)
