As part of the Data Engineering team, you will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and pipeline architecture and data flow and collection for cross-functional teams. The Python Engineer will support our software developers who are in the Estonian office, and the data team on data initiatives and ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Python & SQL based data pipeline solutions
Support application deployments
Create quality checks for ingested and post processed data
Ensure alerting and monitoring of automated pipeline solutions
Participate in the estimation process for new work and releases
Maintain and enhance existing applications
Bring new perspectives to problems

Requirements

3+ years of proven professional Python and SQL development experience
Experience working with Data Manipulation python libraries like Pandas, Numpy
Experience creating ETL Pipelines using Python, SQL, Relational/ Non-Relational databases
Experience working with Structured, Semi-Structured datasets, APIs to query data from different sources
Experience with Cloud Technologies & Services (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)
Understanding of CI/CD
Understanding of Object Oriented Principles
