The Role

We’re looking for a creative and well-rounded Marketing Designer to join our Growth Marketing Team in Tallinn, Estonia. This role is perfect for a designer with strong visual storytelling skills who is comfortable working across multiple mediums.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Design visually compelling marketing materials, including presentations, social media assets, infographics, reports & whitepapers, website visuals, sales enablement assets and event branding, while maintaining CyberCube’s brand identity.

  • Motion Design & Video Production: Create engaging animations, promotional videos, and educational content to support marketing campaigns.

  • Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with the marketing team to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals.

  • Brand Consistency and Management: Ensure all creative assets align with CyberCube’s visual style and brand guidelines.

  • Creative Research & Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas that enhance CyberCube’s visual identity and marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in agency or at a SaaS company), with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant tools.

  • Bonus Technical Skills: Experience with audio editing tools, 3D, HTML 5, CSS, PowerPoint and Canva are bonuses but not requirements.

  • Creative Skills: Strong creative ideas, concepting, storyboarding through execution.

  • Motion Design: Experience with animation and video production for marketing purposes.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clearly present design concepts, incorporate feedback and share proactive updates.

  • Project and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • AI Enthusiasm: An interest in AI-driven design tools and a willingness to experiment with emerging creative technologies is a strong plus to optimize design workflows and enhance creative output.
