What You’ll Do:

Huntress is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to help build out our Salesforce instance from the ground up. In this unique opportunity, you will lead the CPQ function as well as the technical architecture of the system. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, driving conversations with stakeholders to promote product modeling and pricing best practices.

The Salesforce Technical Architect at Huntress will be a specialized role responsible for designing and implementing CPQ solutions that streamline the sales process, improve pricing and quoting accuracy, and enhance overall sales productivity. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization’s Salesforce implementation is aligned with the strategic goals and business needs. You will combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Create and lead the design of complex, customized Salesforce solutions
Technical Leadership: Act as the technical authority and ensure development aligns with best practices, and coding standards, and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Governance and Compliance: Implement data security and privacy measures as necessary
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring that the Salesforce system remains highly performant even as data and user load increase
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration documentation
Pricing Strategies: Work with sales and pricing teams to translate pricing strategies into CPQ rules, discounts, and approval workflows to ensure accurate and efficient quoting
CPQ Integration: Implement integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other systems such as ERP, Payment Gateways, Snowflake, and Huntress.io
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions

What You Bring To The Team:

Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ, including certifications such as Salesforce CPQ specialist and other relevant Salesforce Certifications
Strong knowledge of sales processes, pricing strategies, and quoting procedures
Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to design and implement complex solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with system integration and API management
In-depth knowledge of security and compliance standards within the Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to stay updated with Salesforce platform developments and industry trends
Strong analytical and documentation skills
