We are hiring a Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. You'll be crucial to Hyperproof’s success as well as join an incredible team looking to invest in you. As a BDR, you'll drive demand generation through phone, email, and social selling to set qualified meetings for your Account Executive partners.

You'll report to our Director of Business Development.

WHAT YOU'll DO

You'll be creative with your lead generation style as you hunt for new accounts.
You'll build a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via email, cold calling, and social selling.
You'll gain tremendous business knowledge by understanding how our potential customer's businesses work, how their leadership is structured, and how we can solve their everyday pains.
Confidently overcome objections that come with prospecting and calling head-on, and use your training and knowledge to relay Hyperproof’s value proposition to decision-makers.
Manage and track your pipeline information in Salesforce.
You will help the team continuously improve and optimize our process, training, use of technology, and other applicable aspects of our business.
You will achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics (appointments booked, leads added

2-3+ years of sales experience is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in an accredited university or college preferred

LOCATION

We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we’d rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live. Ideally we are seeking a candidate based within the US.
