Job Responsibilities
  - Drive clarity in a complex problem space, breaking ambiguous customer needs into clear product bets.
  - Lead product development end-to-end for issue discovery, prioritization, and resolution workflows.
  - Partner deeply with design and engineering to ship usable, reliable, and elegant workflows — quickly.
  - Get close to enterprise customers. Understand their team structures, pain points, and how they really work.
  - Use strong product judgment to prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on what drives outcomes, not outputs.
  - Explore where AI and automation can simplify workflows — not add complexity.

Work with GTM and onboarding teams to help customers adopt and succeed with the features you ship.

   - Is high-agency — you don’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken or ship what matters.
   - Thrive in ambiguity. You seek clarity, create alignment, and move things forward.
   - Have a strong product sense and can make good decisions with imperfect information.
   - Work well with engineers, designers, and GTM teams — and know how to earn their trust.
