Role Overview

As a Product Designer at LoginRadius, you will play a crucial role in shaping our user experience and creating intuitive, visually appealing product interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and improve our digital identity and customer experience solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their problem-solving skills, user-centered design approach, and ability to create seamless user experiences.

Requirements

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand product goals and user needs
Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions
Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and visual appeal
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products
Participate in user testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations
Stay up-to-date on UX/UI best practices, design trends, and emerging technologies
Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Contribute to the product development process from ideation to launch
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback

Skills Required

2+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
Experience with design systems and component-based design
Familiarity with web and mobile design patterns and best practices
Knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their capabilities
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs with business requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
Portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Have

Experience in the identity and access management (IAM) or cybersecurity industry
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
Experience with data visualization and dashboard design
Familiarity with motion design and micro-interaction
Basic understanding of product analytics and A/B testing
