About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking HR Manager to lead and elevate our people function. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing HR strategy, enhancing the overall employee experience, and enabling business growth within a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.


Requirements

Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, aligning people strategy with overall business goals

  • Influence decision-making on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability building

  • Drive organizational effectiveness by proactively identifying and addressing talent and structural gaps

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Own and lead end-to-end hiring for critical and leadership roles across functions

  • Build and sustain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping

  • Strengthen employer brand to position the organization as a top talent destination

  • Ensure seamless onboarding experiences that accelerate new hire productivity and integration

3. Performance Management & Talent Development
  • Lead and continuously enhance performance management frameworks and appraisal cycles

  • Embed a high-performance culture through structured goal setting, continuous feedback, and coaching

  • Partner with business leaders to ensure objective, data-driven, and fair performance evaluations

  • Drive capability development initiatives aligned with business priorities

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
  • Architect and execute engagement strategies that foster a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative workplace

  • Champion initiatives that enhance employee experience, retention, and well-being

  • Act as a culture custodian, reinforcing organizational values and driving a strong sense of belonging

5. HR Operations & Governance
  • Oversee and optimize HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure operational excellence

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and internal governance standards

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience

6. Learning & Leadership Development
  • Identify current and future skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions

  • Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and upskilling across the organization

7. Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
  • Partner on compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, and pay equity initiatives

  • Lead performance-linked reward and incentive programs

  • Collaborate on benefits strategy to ensure competitiveness and employee value proposition

Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within high-growth SaaS or startup environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • Deep expertise in HR Business Partnering, talent management, and HR operations

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR best practices

  • Experience with HRMS platforms (GreytHR and Zoho preferred) and leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities
