About the Role

As an SDR at Lumu, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth—identifying prospects and creating opportunities via outbound activity. You’ll support a remote sales team to develop account strategies, target ideal customers, and turn interest into impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social media.
  • Qualify inbound leads to determine fit and readiness.
  • Set qualified meetings for the sales team and support opportunity creation.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM.
  • Partner with Marketing on targeted inbound campaigns.
  • Stay sharp on industry trends and threats to guide smarter outreach.
  • Consistently hit—and aim to exceed—monthly KPIs for meetings attended.
  • Represent Lumu at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.

What You Bring

  • A natural curiosity and drive to learn
  • Confidence in reaching out and speaking with IT and cybersecurity leaders
  • Discipline to manage time, stay organized, and meet goals
  • A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
  • 1–2 years in a sales or lead generation role (B2B SaaS or tech preferred)
  • Comfortable cold calling, emailing, and using sales tools like Outreach, Gong, Salesforce

Bonus Points For

  • Cybersecurity or technical sales experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Outplay, or other CRM platforms
  • Experience selling into public sector or SLED markets
