We're seeking an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, expansion, and value realization for enterprise customers implementing our agentic AI platform. This role primarily focuses on program/project management for enterprise-wide rollouts, coordinating implementation across multiple departments while ensuring consistent value delivery. You'll manage the full lifecycle of customer deployments, from initial technical implementation through broad organizational adoption. Reporting directly to leadership in our flat organization structure, you'll oversee complex, multi-stakeholder deployments to ensure customers achieve transformative results through our KPU technology.
The role is remote, based anywhere in Spain, with up to 25% travel time expected.
