As a Software Engineer – Agent Orchestration, you will:

Develop and maintain the orchestration layer responsible for agent planning, memory management, and tool/service integration in AI-driven systems.

Collaborate closely with ML, data, and backend teams to seamlessly integrate models and data pipelines into robust, production-grade agent workflows.

Design technical solutions for reliable multi-agent coordination, execution flow, error handling, and transparent monitoring of agent behavior in customer-facing environments.

Ensure reliability, scalability, and security for end-to-end agent orchestration pipelines in mission-critical production systems.

Build, document, and maintain APIs and interfaces for connecting toolchains, model inference endpoints, and external services to agent orchestrator logic.

Drive continuous improvements based on feedback loops from production data, incident analysis, and evolving use cases.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.

2+ years experience designing, building, and deploying distributed systems, workflow engines, or backend services in a production environment.

Experience in agent orchestration, multi-agent systems, or LLM-based workflow automation (e.g., LangChain, ReAct, AutoGPT).

Strong expertise in Python (or similar) and experience building with major backend frameworks.

Knowledge of prompt engineering and integrating generative AI into complex execution pipelines.

Hands-on experience integrating ML/AI models, APIs, or agentic logic into real-world applications and data pipelines.

Thorough understanding of reliability, scalability, and monitoring best practices for production-grade software.

Effective communicator, able to work closely with engineering and ML teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to observability, security, and compliance requirements for customer-facing platforms.
