Rafay is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead our Sales Operations Team in supporting our rapid growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

You’ll be responsible for optimizing sales practices, ensuring data accuracy, and managing our sales tech stack. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in SaaS sales operations, excellent people management skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes
  • Developing and implementing sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives
  • Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales and marketing systems
  • Analyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision-making
  • Manage the overall sales tech stack, including Salesforce, Apollo, Trumpet and other sales tools
  • Creating and managing process automation to increase sales process efficiency
  • Partner with marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
  • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fields
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration
  • Experience with sales tech stack management, particularly Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
