We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Datacenter), and IT infrastructure (Compute, Storage, Networks). This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, and stakeholder engagement to successfully drive projects from planning to execution. As a TPM, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, project planning, risk assessment, and delivery management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Your ability to manage customer expectations, negotiate priorities, and resolve roadblocks will be critical to the success of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while tracking progress.
Ensure project scope, resources, and risks are well-defined and managed.
Oversee risk assessment and mitigation strategies to prevent delivery roadblocks.
Provide hands-on guidance on Kubernetes deployments, cloud environments, and infrastructure.
Work closely with engineering teams to support application development, compute resources, storage solutions, and network configurations.
Optimize infrastructure performance and scalability using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Act as a liaison between customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders
Gather customer requirements, translate them into technical roadmaps, and align project goals accordingly.
Lead discussions with internal and external teams to drive technical solutions and strategic initiatives.
Manage cross-functional teams and negotiate priorities to balance technical feasibility and business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (orchestration, scaling, troubleshooting).
Experience in Compute, Storage, and Networking architectures (on-prem and cloud).
Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Data center environments.
Ability to gather technical requirements, track progress, and ensure on-time project delivery
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work across engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to drive solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), AWS, Azure, or PMP.
Experience in application development, DevOps, and CI/CD.
Familiarity with best practices in cloud and infrastructure environments.
