The Director of Product for the Trust Agent AI Signals team will lead the development and delivery of security-focused AI products that help organizations manage and measure developer risk. This role requires a strong technical background, preferably in engineering or computer science, and a strategic mindset to define and execute the product vision. The role will focus on shaping the Developer Risk Management strategy, delivering high-impact product features, and mentoring a growing team of engineers and senior product leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven security products focused on managing and measuring developer risk.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product features and go-to-market strategies.
- Leading and mentoring a growing team of product managers, engineers, and senior product leaders.
- Evangelizing the product across the organization and externally to key stakeholders.
- Managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
- Delivering product features that contribute to the company’s growth and strategic DRM objectives.
- Building metrics to track the success of the product and ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.
