SolCyber Gov Customer Onboarding Manager

About This Role: As the Customer Onboarding Manager for SolCyber GOV, you will spearhead the onboarding proects for new customers, guiding them through a seamless implementation of SolCyber cyber security services.

NOTE: All applicants must be U.S. citizens, live in the U.S., and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of SolCyber services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements, configure solutions, and develop customized onboarding plans
  • Possess a strong understanding of services and technology stack offered by SolCyber
  • Guide clients during the onboarding process and address any technical queries or concerns related to SolCyber services
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of onboarding milestones with a focus on compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines while maintaining adherence to controls.
  • Communicate progress, address concerns, and provide regular updates to clients to ensure a positive onboarding experience within the controls framework.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and client-specific configurations
  • Ensure client onboarding processes adhere to industry-specific compliance requirements, including CMMC, NIST, and other relevant controls.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have U.S. citizenship, must currently reside in the U.S., and must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Excellent (fluent/native) written and spoken English.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer onboarding within the cybersecurity or managed services industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CMMC, NIST, and other relevant cybersecurity controls and frameworks.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
