Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a vital role in driving our growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects, building relationships and positioning SolCyber as the trusted partner for their cybersecurity needs. Your efforts will lay the foundation for successful sales and contribute to the company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through multiple channels, including social media and email campaigns.
  • Prospect Engagement: Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges, positioning SolCyber’s value proposition.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for Account Executives and Sales Representatives.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track and manage prospect interactions in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, lead generation, and qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft) is a plus.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
