As a Talent Acquisition and People Operations Partner, you bring foundational experience in recruitment and a strong desire to learn and grow within the cybersecurity industry. You are eager to develop your skills in identifying and attracting top talent while contributing to People and Human Resources (HR) initiatives that foster organizational success and a positive workplace culture.
You are familiar with HR management and recruitment platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and are motivated to expand your expertise in these areas. Your enthusiasm for learning, adaptability to new challenges, and commitment to professional growth make you a valuable team member as you support the company’s talent acquisition and operational goals.
As a Talent Acquisition and People Operations Partner, you will play an integral role in supporting the growth and success of the Surefire Cyber team. Reporting directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition and People Operations Partner, you will contribute to recruitment efforts by helping to attract and hire top talent while supporting broader People initiatives that drive employee engagement, development, and performance.
In this role, you will assist in executing recruitment strategies, managing onboarding processes, and contributing to programs such as performance management and employee engagement. Your eagerness to learn, adaptability, and collaborative mindset will ensure the People team’s efforts align with organizational goals and the values that define Surefire Cyber.
