About Whistic

Whistic is on a mission to become the Vendor Security Network where buyers and sellers establish and maintain ongoing connections, enabling faster business decisions.

Here’s how it works: When a company is seeking out a vendor that will have access to its sensitive data, that company must assess the vendor to ensure it meets certain information security thresholds. This assessment process results in cumbersome, clunky, and slow spreadsheets emailed back and forth — eating up info security resources and ultimately delaying deals.

That’s where Whistic comes in. Our market-defining platform enables security and sales teams to proactively conduct and respond to third party security assessments by streamlining and automating the process, transforming the work for companies all over the world, saving professionals valuable time, and ultimately helping to safeguard sensitive information.

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Product Manager to join our team at Whistic on a part-time (15-20 hours per week) contractor basis. This contract role will play a crucial part in managing various aspects of our product lifecycle, from feature releases to customer onboarding.

Please note: This is a contract position and not eligible for benefits.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the creation and deployment of Pendo guides for new feature releases.

  • Develop and maintain multi-step onboarding guides and the Product Resource Center to enhance user experience.

  • Assist in coordinating customer early access/beta programs and customer advisory council initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the team to author monthly internal and external product updates and Release Notes to keep stakeholders informed.

  • Author and update Help Center articles for both new and existing features to provide comprehensive support to our users.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in product management or related roles.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise documentation.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Pendo for guide creation and customer engagement.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
